Depart from Samburu after breakfast to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch at

3 SAMBURU

Full day game drive
After breakfast, you will be taken for an early morning game drive. A lot of wildlife is best seen
early in the day, as they hunt or feed. There are many water holes and salt licks with shady areas
that attract the wildlife. Lunch will be served in the park in the form of a picnic, which will
maximize your exposure to the animals. After the lunch break, you will continue with the game
viewing and photographing of the enormous array of animals to be encountered. Samburu has
many predators, and watching these animals feed, hunt and catch their prey, is quite a common
sight for visitors. Later in the afternoon, you will return to the lodge to freshen up.

4 SAMBURU – NAKURU

Depart from Samburu after breakfast to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch at
Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge. After lunch will enjoy an evening game drive to see the huge numbers of
flamingo which are concentrated along the lake shore. In addition to the bird life for which Nakuru
is so well known there are many different wildlife species in the park including lion, leopard, Black
rhino, White rhino, buffalo, Rothschild’s giraffe, zebra, impala and waterbuck.

5 NAKURU - MARA MAISHA

This day you will wake up early in the morning take breakfast and check out and drive to Masai
Mara Conservancy, checking in at Mara Maisha Camp for lunch. Masai Mara is a classic safari
destination and one of the best places to see lions, leopards and cheetahs. It also has the Big Five
[elephant, buffalo, rhino, lion and leopard], a good mix of public areas and private conservancies
and extraordinarily rich accommodation offerings

6 MASAI MARA

Leave for a full day game drive at Masai Mara reserve after heavy breakfast. Spend time you’re
your guide in the African bush learning about the diverse African wilderness and go in search of
wildlife, including the big 5 the day is spent exploring, spotting, taking photos and exclaiming at the
natural world around you. During the migration you may choose to eat a packed lunch in the
vehicle or set up a picnic under an acacia tree. Drive back to the camp in the afternoon after a long

Depart Masai Mara after morning breakfast and travel to Amboseli. Stop over at Carnivore for
